Robert Fulcher, Founder and President

Robert has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry. His background began with Texas Instruments as program manager for general ledger, accounts payable, and compensation systems.


Looking to pursue the entrepreneurial spirit, Robert joined Akili Systems group in the early nineties, a start up company focusing on customer software solutions. Robert served as client representative on several major, multi-million dollar accounts such as JCPenny and Century Telephone.


In 2004, Robert launched his own business, TeoTios, Inc. He holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University at Arlington and has held a PMP certification in Project Management.


In his spare time, Robert enjoys many outdoor sports including golf, snowboarding, scuba diving and water skiing. His many achievements include building three water ski lakes in the Dallas Metroplex.



Tamara Fulcher, Vice President – Director of Marketing


Tamara has served as Vice President and Director of Marketing for TeoTios since 2006. In that role, she has focused on developing the company’s brand image, cultivating a strong community network and secured several new accounts.


Prior to pursuing TeoTios full time, Tamara served as Manager of Web Services and Internet Marketing for ClubCorp. In that role, she managed more than 200 Web sites throughout the United States, including the successful redesign of the company’s three premiere consumer branding sites. During her eight years at ClubCorp, Tamara also filled the roles of Multimedia Manager, Intranet Manager, and Corporate Communications Associate. In these roles, Fulcher introduced and produced multimedia communications via Web to more than 24,000 employees, pioneered the company’s Intranet, and developed the Web Forum, a group formed to further enhance site visibility and growth of Web communication throughout the company.


Fulcher was a long-time associate for Bank of America from 1983 to 1998. She served as Manager of Operations Support where she and her team provided support for the entire Corporate Security Department across the nation. Additional responsibilities included development of procedure manuals for each functional area and editor of the departmental newsletter. Prior to that role, Tamara served as Area Manager in the Physical Security Department. Her responsibilities involved design, development and implementation of security systems, training for security devices and procedures and execution of security audits.


Tamara received her Masters of Science degree in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems from the University of North Texas in August 2002 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also obtained her undergraduate degree from UNT graduating Cum Laude in December 1998, with a B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology. While attending UNT, Tamara was awarded the Provost Scholarship, pioneered development of the Collegiate Communication Association, studied Spanish in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Additionally, she completed an internship for International Studies and Programs where she developed collateral material for the Study Abroad Program.


Most recently, Tamara completed the Irving Business Entrepreneur program in March 2007 and the SMU Graduate Marketing Certificate Program in March 2006.


Tamara currently serves on the Small Business and Membership Service Committees of the Irving Chamber of Commerce and enjoys her role as SMU BAP mentor and board member. She has also served as Vice Chair of the Irving Parks & Recreation Board, Secretary for the League of Women Voters and volunteer for the American Red Cross.


Tamara and her husband, Robert, reside in Irving where they enjoy travel, golf, tennis, scuba diving, snow skiing, hiking, biking, gardening and the great outdoors.
